Wallingford Christian Assembly

Annual Outing  - 11th June 2011

The expected itinerary will be as follows:

1. Children/parents to arrive at Atwell Close between 10.00 and 10.15 a.m.

2. Coaches will leave Atwell close Wallingford at 10:30 am for the Park.

3. Arrive at Park at around 11.30 a.m. (Children who are not coming with parents will be allocated into groups. Parents coming with children are asked to ensure that they supervise them at all times.)

4. Meet up between 12.00 and  12.30 for lunch, which will be provided, free for everyone.

5. Meet up in car park by the bus to leave park at 4.50 p.m.

6. Arrive back at Atwell Close at approximately 6 p.m.

7. Parents who did not come on the outing, to pick up children at 6 p.m. (Children will not be able to return home on their own.)
